Fair day! How exciting! The kids get the day off school to go to the parade and fair...the schools call it 'fair day'. My friend and I took all our kids over to the parade this morning. It was so hot! We stayed for maybe half of the parade...or a little more than half, I really don't know. The kids were too warm and beginning to get bored. We then headed over to the fair. The kids rode a few rides and a friend of ours that sells temporary tattoos gave all the kids a tattoo. We had a great time. I wasn't very smart and didn't cover myself in sunscreen...I am a lobster this evening. And wouldn't you know it?...the kids don't look like they were even in the sun! Lucky skin!
